Samson's Reagent
For use see literature or laboratory internal instructions.
Use for dilution (VP = Volume parts):
- Dilution A:
1:10 = 1 VP Sample + 9 VP Samson's reagent - Dilution B:
1:11 = 1 VP Sample + 10 VP Samson's reagent
For counting leukocytes in liquor we recommend Samson's Concentrate.
For counting leukocytes in blood we recommend Leuko-TIC® 1:20 'blue' (plus).
